Molim vas mozete mi navesti koji su dokumenti potrebni za dobivanje potvrde o nekaznjavanju: zivim u New Yorku (originalno sam iz Rijeke, nikad kaznjavana), i trenutno sam u procesu za dobivanje green card.

Moja sestra zivi u Rijeci, da li je moguce da ona podigne tu potvrdu za mene, i koji su joj dokumenti potrebni? Isto tako, mozete mi reci gdje se ta potvda podize?

Da, moguce je koliko ja znam. Ja sam digla taj dokument za moga kuza prije nego sto smo mi isli u ameriku ( ja sam u americi rodena i on u hrvatsokj). Na zalost se nemogu sjetiti gdje tocno ali sigurna sam da sam ja podigla taj dokument a onda nismo bili vjencani.

Nedavno sam te potvrde vadio prijateljima koji žive onkraj svijeta, a trebale su im je iz sličnih razloga.

 

Potrebno ja da sestri potpišete punomoć i ovjerite ju pri hrvatskom konzulatu u NY te da joj zajedno s njom pošaljete i fotokopiju putovnice ili osobne karte.

 

Ove potvrde u Zagrebu izdaje Odjel za kaznenu evidenciju pri Ministarstvu pravosuđa. Za Rijeku ne znam. Zahtjevu za izdavanje potvrde treba priložiti 40 kuna biljega. Potvrda se izdaje odmah.
