hvala na info, znam na koji način bi to trebalo izgledati i obraćam pažnju na izvor fotografije no eto na mjestu na kojem sam došao do fotke nije bilo vidljivo tko je autor. Stvari nikad nisu jednostavne i sad izgleda da mi je na nogu stala zvijezda wikipedije koji je ujedno i pravnik Koliko ima smisla napisati neko "pokajničko" pismo. Prema onome što sam istražio, autor je vjerodostojan i poznata faca.

kvaka je što se navedena fotka nalazi na brdo stranica (običnim pregledavanjem kroz google). Imam pdf dokument iz 2010. (stručni rad koji iskače na google-u) u kojem se nalazi navedena slika bez navođenja izvora. Čini mi se da je baš iz tog dokumenta i uzeta navedena fotka. Kako sam i sam amaterski fotograf, pazim na izvore odakle uzimam slike a sad da me ubiješ, nemam evidenciju odakle mi predmetna sličica. Kao što sam u uvodnom postu pitao, što mogu očekivati ako se oglušim? Jel bolje sročit neki dopis i odgovoriti ili čekam što će se desiti? Platiti 500 Eura nemam namjere.

Pozdrav, danas sam dobio pismo odvjetničkog ureda s linkom slike sa moje osobne stranice i linkom na sliku na wiki stranici gdje su navedeni uvjeti korištenja slike. Autor slike je očito odvjetnik koji je partner u uredu iz kojeg je stiglo pismo. Činjenica je da je predmetna slika bila na mojoj stranici no ja sam je skinuo iz nekog članka u pdf-u koji nije naveo autorstvo slike. Imam link navedenog dokumenta koji je objavljen 2010. godine Na koji način sad odreagirati. Pisati im na mail? napisati prigovor? otići do odvjetnika nek on napiše pa onda prevoditelju? Dali su mi rok od 3 tjedna da uplatim 180 eura za korištenje slike i cca 350 eura odvjetničkih troškova. Ako me odluče tužiti, koji sud je nadležan? Što mogu očekivati? P.S. radi se o fotki tikve (buče) vel. 300 x 253px a stranica je osobna stranica na kojoj pišem blog, vrtim adsense i zaradim ovih 500 eura za dvije- tri godine... ista fotka se vrti na dvadesetak stranica od amazona, njuskala itd...
